  •  Thursdays (10 - 11 am)  'Gentle Yoga'  in  Sandymount Community Centre  (6 week course €80 euro)
  •  Saturdays (9 - 10 am)  'Happy & Upbeat Yoga' in  Sandymount Community Centre (6 week course €90 euro)

  • Early morning: Tuesdays & Thursdays (8 - 8.45 am)  'Wake up Yoga'  
  • Mid morning: Tuesdays & Thursdays (10 - 11 am)  'Gentle Yoga'
  • Evening: Monday (6 - 7 pm) 'Mighty & Mindful'  Tuesday (6 - 7 pm) 'YOGA IN SPANISH' 
  • Weekend: Saturday 9 - 10 a.m.  'Yoga with a Smile'  (We go a little bit deeper into sequences, getting the heat going and the energy flowing).

€50 euro monthly UNLIMITED

First 2 INTRODUCTORY classes €18 euro

CORPORATE PRACTICE

Corporate Classes available online, at business premises or at a suitable location. Contact me for further details. 


PRIVATE PRACTICE

Private Classes are available and I am now taking bookings for January 2024 onward. 

Prices available on request. 

These sessions are particularly beneficial for those on a Pre-habilitation regime (helping you to prepare the body and mind for a forthcoming operation or surgery)  and for those on a Re-habilitation programme after an injury or a medical intervention. We always work with and within the guidelines of your physiotherapist and/or medical consultant.


WORKSHOPS
