Balance & Coordination: Critical Motor Skills 

Day: Saturday 25th of March
Time: 10 a.m. till 11.30 a.m.

Coordination and balance are two qualities intrinsic to movement & are essential in the performance of all actions that involve movement and require adequate body control.
If you are looking for (to mentioned a few)
- greater performance in sport and in any physical activity
- better posture  
- prevent occurrence of falls
This workshop is for you!


We will explore various aspects of balance and coordination; static, dynamic, eye-hand coordination & eye-foot coordination, all in a fun and playful manner.



 

'Humanimals' Exploring the way we move 

Day: Saturday 18th of February

Time: 10 a.m. till 11.30 a.m.

In this workshop we will mix a number of disciplines (yoga, dancing & athletics) to explore the way we are able to move.

We will blend human & animal locomotion in a playful way to bring more variety to our range of movement, self-awareness & improve coordination.

Come ready to walk, jump, roll over, crawl... and Smile!

For anyone interested in 'movement' and curious about their unique body landscape.



 

Setting Intentions

'New moons are generally a good time to set new intentions and embrace new beginnings.


The January new moon on the 21st of the month can be especially auspicious to set some ‘practical’ intentions.
Let the energy of this 1st new moon of the year help you gather your thoughts, assess what’s working and what’s not & clarify your deeper aspirations and intentions.

In this one-and-a-half-hour practice we will work with asana, pranayama, meditation and journaling to help us clarify what we truly want to manifest in the New Year with focus on ‘actionable’ steps that will support your continuous and consistent progress towards your goal'.
